I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult. Over the next few pages I aim to explain a little bit about who I am and how I work.
You may be struggling with depression or anxiety, or have trouble recognising your own needs and setting boundaries. Perhaps you are dealing with situational challenges, emotional upheaval or suffering from unexplained physical pain or discomfort. You may not even know how you feel and just get a sense that something is not quite right. Having these struggles is normal and are the things that make us human.
My intention is to not only offer a non-judgmental and compassionate environment to explore deeper issues, but also to help you develop practical skills and understanding in order to navigate daily life and difficult situations.
